These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AnyAdz website, services, consultations, advertising management, tracking implementation, creative services, and related deliverables. By accessing our website, requesting services, approving a proposal, making a payment, or working with AnyAdz, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
AnyAdz is a performance advertising agency. Our services may include paid-media strategy, campaign management, advertising account setup, creative direction, conversion tracking, server-side tracking, reporting, optimization, consulting, and related marketing services.
The exact scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, and responsibilities for a project will be described in the applicable proposal, invoice, service agreement, or written communication. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will control.
2. Client Responsibilities
To perform services effectively, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, approvals, materials, and access requested by AnyAdz. This may include access to advertising accounts, website administration, analytics, tag-management tools, hosting, domains, Cloudflare, tracking platforms, and other relevant systems.
- You confirm that you have the authority to grant requested access.
- You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and compliance of the products, services, claims, offers, creative assets, and content you provide.
- You must review and approve campaign materials, landing pages, offers, and advertising claims before publication when approval is requested.
- You are responsible for responding to requests for information, approvals, and access within a reasonable time.
- Delays caused by missing access, missing approvals, incomplete information, platform restrictions, or client-side changes may affect timelines and results.
3. Advertising Accounts and Platform Rules
Advertising platforms, including Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other third-party services, operate under their own terms, policies, review processes, billing systems, and enforcement decisions.
AnyAdz does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee account approval, ad approval, delivery, reach, cost, account reinstatement, audience availability, tracking accuracy, or continued platform access.
You agree not to request, approve, or use advertising that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, discriminatory, deceptive, harmful, or prohibited by applicable law or platform policies.
4. Advertising Claims and Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that all claims about your business, products, services, pricing, results, testimonials, guarantees, promotions, and offers are truthful, lawful, and supported by appropriate evidence.
AnyAdz may refuse, pause, edit, or remove campaigns or materials that we reasonably believe may violate law, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, or these Terms. Our review does not replace your legal, regulatory, or compliance responsibilities.
5. Fees, Payments, and Advertising Spend
Service fees, setup fees, retainers, project fees, and media budgets will be stated in the relevant proposal, invoice, or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments must be made by the due date shown on the invoice.
Advertising spend, platform charges, software subscriptions, tracking tools, hosting, domains, and other third-party costs are separate from AnyAdz service fees unless expressly included in writing.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods for advertising platforms and third-party tools. AnyAdz is not responsible for campaign interruptions caused by declined payments, billing limits, account holds, or third-party billing issues.
6. Refunds and Final Sales
All sales are final. Payments for services, retainers, setup work, consulting, strategy, campaign work, tracking implementation, and digital deliverables are non-refundable once payment has been made, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.
A change of mind, a change in business circumstances, a delay caused by the client, a platform decision, campaign performance, or unused service time does not create a right to a refund.

7. No Performance Guarantee
Marketing and advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, offer quality, pricing, product demand, website performance, sales processes, audience behavior, platform changes, budgets, approvals, and client responsiveness.
AnyAdz does not guarantee specific revenue, profit, return on ad spend, leads, sales, rankings, conversion rates, account approvals, or business outcomes. Past results, examples, testimonials, case studies, projections, and estimates are not promises of future performance.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your pre-existing trademarks, logos, product information, website content, advertising accounts, and materials you provide to AnyAdz.
AnyAdz retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, processes, templates, systems, tools, documentation, know-how, and internal materials. Subject to full payment of all amounts due, you receive a limited right to use final project deliverables created specifically for your business, unless otherwise stated in writing.
You grant AnyAdz a non-exclusive, limited license to use your supplied materials solely to perform the agreed services.
9. Confidentiality and Account Security
Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other party’s confidential business information and will use it only as necessary to perform the services or meet legal obligations.
When providing access, use partner invitations, delegated access, or approved user roles whenever possible. You remain responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts, payment methods, recovery options, and administrator access.
10. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms, software, integrations, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and advertising networks. AnyAdz is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, data loss, security incidents, billing changes, service interruptions, or actions taken by third parties.
11. Suspension and Termination
Either party may end an ongoing service arrangement according to the terms of the applicable proposal or service agreement. AnyAdz may suspend or terminate services immediately if payment is overdue, required access is removed, the client requests prohibited activity, or continued work may create legal, platform, security, or reputational risk.
Upon termination, all unpaid fees for completed work, committed work, and applicable notice periods remain due. AnyAdz is not required to transfer work, access, files, or deliverables until all outstanding balances are paid.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyAdz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to our services, website, campaigns, third-party platforms, or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyAdz’s total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid to AnyAdz for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event that caused the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AnyAdz and its team from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from materials, products, services, advertising claims, instructions, or account activity provided or approved by you, except to the extent caused by AnyAdz’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
